Banquet Space Rental Rates
Weekday Rates (Monday through Thursday)
Half Banquet Space: $150 per hour – $1,500 food and beverage minimum required
Full Banquet Space: $250 per hour – $2,500 food and beverage minimum required
Weekend Rates (Friday through Sunday)
Half Banquet Space: $250 per hour – $2,500 food and beverage minimum required
Full Banquet Space: $350 per hour – $3,500 food and beverage minimum required
Additional Charges
Please note that the following charges are not included in the rental rates or food and beverage minimums. Food and beverage minimums must be met before these charges are applied:
Sales Tax: 9.75% Service Surcharge: 22% Gratuity: 15%
