Golf Instruction
A wide variety of instructional programs are available, including group classes, private lessons, informal clinics/drop-in sessions, and programs suited for corporate outings/team building. Instructors at Shoreline Golf Links offer a suite of Junior Golf Camps during the summer, with offerings for beginners through advanced (including on-course instruction).

My approach to instruction begins with two simple questions. How is your contact and where are you missing your shots? As a swing specialist, I assess the full spectrum of a player’s swing mechanics and ball flight using video feedback and launch monitor data to create a personalized and structured plan for improvement.
I work with players of all skill levels, from beginners building fundamentals, the Sunday golfer looking to fix their slice, to competitive juniors pursuing tournament goals. My students have achieved success in NCAA, AJGA, JTNC, JGANC and US Kids Golf.

I am a Bay Area native that started golf at 9 years old and continued on through high school where our team won CCS. As an athletic coach of 25 years, I have a positive approach to teaching and love seeing the smile on my students’ faces when they accomplish something they once thought they couldn’t do. Previously, I have coached the Aces Junior Golf Club at Crystal Springs and Deep Cliff Golf Course for 5 years in addition to after school program for juniors for over 20 schools.

Independent Golf Instructors
Shoreline Golf Links also works with independent golf instructors. The adult golf classes are offered in four 1-hour sessions. Student/instructor ratio is between 3:1 and 5:1, with a minimum of 3 students. Classes are available year round. Use the buttons below for more information on instructors.
